Here is a 40 coin maximum version of the Magic Squares game type, but Bally got rid of the extra balls and have red/yellow/green/blue colored lines instead of the original red/yellow or red/yellow/green.In addition, the center vertical line of the card could be moved up/down one position.

Some of the numbers on the bingo card are are mounted on wheels (behind the backglass), and pushing buttons on the foot rail allows you to rotate the wheels to rearrange the numbers into paying combinations.
