Resources Summary

Some of these files are large. If you get errors/corrupt messages when looking at them, especially the manual pdfs in firefox, you can:

1. right-click and save-as the file to download it to your system
2. in firefox, up the offline storage cache value in the options/advanced config. The default is way too small these days. Try something >=150MB
