With the switch stack off you can slip the broken actuator away from the relay frame.
..and here you see the problem. The coil burned up and toasted the actuator.
The red button relay coil is powered for a long time, so it has a resistor on it
to cut down the current flow to reduce heating. Either the resistor went bad, or the
coil just failed due to old age
