Capitulation to the Bally format is readily apparent in Stars. The standard 25 hole playfield, backglass layout, and cabinet style are all Bally. The playfield arrangement of posts and springs is a bit different, which is probably how United avoided getting sued.Internally, the game still runs on 110V, where Bally was primarily using 50V circuits.
