What parts wear out on a bingo?

Not counting cosmetic issues like playfield, backglass and cabinet wear and tear, there are a few components in a bingo that wear over time and no new replacement parts available.
If you are inspecting bingo machines for possible purchase, you should definitely check all these things if the machine is not in running condition.
In some cases, repairs can be made without replacing the parts. Other problems will require scrounging for a replacement.
All the problems below, though, can be fixed by finding a replacement part from a parts machine. There are enough parts machines out there to supply us for a long while yet.
